Gemma Cotton is a partner based in Bain & Company’s London office. She is a leader in the firm’s Financial Services and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practices.

Gemma primarily advises clients across financial services and TMT on customer strategy, with deep expertise in driving customer-led growth through Net Promoter Systems, digital transformations and omnichannel excellence. 

She also works extensively with the firm's Social Impact clients, using professional expertise to drive social good. In 2014, she was named in The Financial Times's Timewise Power Part Time List.
