Catch22 is a social business, a not for profit business with a social mission. For over 200 years we have designed and delivered services that build resilience and aspiration in people and communities. As a social business they have the heart of a charity, and the mindset of a business.

Catch22 puts relationships at the centre of its delivery, and this begins with building strong and trusting partnerships with commissioners and collaborators. This approach enables them to co-design and co-deliver high quality public services for communities all over the UK. Catch22 works across five key hubs, including justice, education, vocational training and employability, young people and families, and The National Citizens Service.

Reform underpins all of Catch22’s activity and they're constantly looking for ways to improve how public services are delivered such as:

  • Building new governance structures to build the capacity of smaller organisations
  • Designing and delivering innovative services that produce better outcomes
  • Collaborating with commissioners and service users to design new ways of working
  • Providing a platform for smaller charities that share our social mission and vision for public service reform
  • Partnering in new ways with businesses to deliver social outcomes.

This activity allows them to build an evidence base we need to drive our end of game: government adoption of better public services.
